Good news for console simracing drivers. 505 Games and Kunos Simulazioni have announced that today they are releasing a free update for Assetto Corsa Competizione that introduces crossplay between PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series platforms. The press release does not mention whether this update will also pit PS4 and Xbox One racing drivers against
Firstly turn the steering speed to 1%. Have speed sensitivity set to anywher between 50 and 75 (experiment), and increase gamma to 3.0,this filters out harsh and twitch movement. Getting this advice was a game changer for me. Give it a try and let me know how you get on.
Turn off stability, leave ABS and TC on factory. Also, if you want to get specific, you can go under \Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg and edit controls.ini. The next entry under [Advanced] should be your controller Speed Sensitivity = 40% Steering Speed = 100% Steering Deadzone = 100% STEERING FILTER =0% OFF Steering Gamma = 400% Speed Sensitive: 64%
However I think you would need a very heavy rig if you wanted to do a splitscreen with such detailed driving models being simulated. I disagree, I would say it even plays better than Forza with a controller. You can tweak the sensivity settings as much as you like, so you can have far more control over the car. #3.
Im just want to give some feedback about the 1.8 update (PC) in ACC from the controller players. I have almost 700h in gameplay with the same controller config, a stable one enough to win many racees online, fight in fairplay on endurances races with the guys using Fanatec, Logitech, DD, etc, while i was just using a good controller config. I see that you guys changed the controller config and
Gamma 220%. Any setting which doesn't utilize 100% steering speed is simply useless, rendering your reactions slower. You need to be able to whirl that wheel to its full potential in order to be competitive with a controller. I guess the setting would feel a bit better with the deadzone working.
i felt the same about the lose control.i use a controller i wish i had a wheel,it would be better.i havent driven for a while and only came back after buying the british pack recently.i felt the control was very loose, ive only used the british pack, since last i played.i thought it was me after not driving for a while but after reading o.p i have to agree with him.
AI driversâ speed will depend entirely on the settings that youâll set before starting the race. For example, if you set the âopponent skillâ to 97, that will mean the AI will be driving at 97% of its potential. The âopponent aggressivenessâ will change how much the AI is willing to defend its position or to overtake you.
You have to be in a vehicle to get there. Now press the ESC-key on your keyboard, a menu with various options appears. Click on "View Settings" there. Not all settings are available for the different driving views ( F1 key) Settings. Description. Documents\Assetto Corsa Competizione\Config\. File. Line.
