So I recently gained my 80 boost when I purchased the expansion. I've played a Necro to level 30 and my Guardian is currently 40 but I still don't know what class is for me and would love to get an idea.
I played a thief and was around level 30. i decided to buy the first 2 expansions for 30€. First of all you unlock mounts, you need a level 80 player to carry you through the mission that unlocks them, but being able to ride on a dinosaur makes exploring really easy and cool. Then you unlock the trading post and the dail rewards.
The Ninth.1976. Hi everyone. I have 1 last remaining level 80 boost I need to get rid of (for the shared inventory slot) and I can't decide on which class to use it on: I already have a few level 80s (Necro, Mesmer, Guardian and Ele) so I know the game (somewhat). I just don't know which among the four above is hardest to level in open world PvE.
Revenant doesn't have to be hard, especially with the celestial booster gear. I suggest following this renegade build, but while you train the elite spec, do the following instead: Make your third spec Invocation 2-3-3. Buy a Shiverstone and a Carrion Tribal Axe of Rage.
You should have received another Shared Inventory Slot (with the L80 Boost inside); unless, of course, you've already hit the max. Due to high volume at this time, CS Team responses are a bit slower than usual. You can update your original ticket (don't make a new one) to inquire about status.
So literally unlocking any elite specilization will take 10 seconds by this. You'll need total of 300 Testimony of Heroics to unlock an elite spec. Like others have mentioned, you're already greased and oil'd up playing pvp, I see no problems boosting straight to 80 on your engi.
According to the wiki, after using the Level-80 boost you received the specs and hero points for the levels. (Not the items). I didn’t receive any hero points and am now stuck at level 80 with only 2 specialisations fully unlocked and 3 skills. I have no idea how I’ll ever be able to acquire the 250 needed for my new elite specialisation.
both things have the same function in that aspect. They differ in: 1- The Instant 80 gives you a preset exotic equipment that is for sure not optimal. It's soulbound and you cannot even salvage it or even throw it on the MF. 2- Tomes get you all the usual level up rewards.
If you purchase the End of Dragons expansion for Guild Wars 2 you will receive a level 80 boost but fear not! It is not permanent until you finally decide to use it so in this guide I will be
3xNao.
